Mountain Vista Inn & Suites - Parkway Pigeon Forge, Pigeon Forge

My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The location was perfect, right in the middle of everything, with great access to local attractions. The rooms, however, left much to be desired with dust and an unpleasant marijuana smell from neighboring rooms. The service was a mixed bag, with some staff being friendly and accommodating while others seemed irritated and neglectful. The dining options were limited, and getting assistance from the front desk proved to be a challenge at times.
